Martin Schubert is a Senior Associate in Management Consulting at PwC Finland since March 2024, bringing extensive experience in customer-centric strategies and design. Prior to this role, Martin worked as a Business Designer at Hellon, focusing on enhancing client understanding of customer needs. Previous positions include a Business Design Intern at Fjord, part of Accenture Interactive, and a Master's Thesis Worker for the City of Espoo, exploring governance in open-source software projects. Martin's projects with UNICEF tackled systemic challenges in youth-driven digital innovation in Kenya. Additional experience includes an Engineering Trainee position at GA Telesis and early roles in the hospitality and maritime sectors. Martin holds a Master's degree in Software and Service Engineering from Aalto University, a Master's in Business Management and Organisation from Hanken School of Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Energy and Environmental Technology from Aalto University.
