Arijit Mitra

Arijit Mitra is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as a Manager at PwC India since September 2022, Arijit previously worked at Amazon from June 2020 to August 2022 as a Team Lead for Marketplace Business Operations, where responsibilities included managing a team to achieve program goals and improve complaint rates. Prior to Amazon, Arijit held multiple roles at Finitiatives Learning India Pvt Ltd., progressing from a Management Trainee to Manager and Team Lead, focusing on customer service and relationship management for B2B and educational clients. Arijit co-founded and served as President of the NGO Thikana from 2008 to 2013, promoting cultural and social activities among students. Arijit holds an MBA from Christ University and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Asansol Engineering College.
