Ramakrishnan Subramanian, known as Ramki, serves as the Managing Director - Deals at PwC India, focusing on IPO and Investor Relations practices across the country since October 2023. Ramki is also the founder of Ramki Consulting, which provides specialized managed services in areas such as remote CFO Services and Investor Relations. Previously, Ramki held roles including CFO Partner at CFO Bridge, Chief Financial Officer at Quess Corp Limited, and Group Chief Financial Officer at Sansera Engineering Limited, where responsibilities included IPO management, financial planning, and automation of financial processes.
