Lidia Graczek

Lidia Graczek is an experienced Integration Manager at PwC Polska, with a tenure beginning in September 2006. Lidia manages a team of integration analysts, addressing complex integration issues and participating in global projects as a functional expert. Responsibilities include daily support for business users, configuration of integrations, coordination of UAT tasks, and incident management across various applications such as Workday, SalesForce, and Oracle Fusion. Lidia previously served as a Release Manager and Service Manager, optimizing UAT processes and ensuring application support quality for the CEE and EMEA regions. Prior to PwC, Lidia worked as an Accountant at Accenture Poland, focusing on financial transaction processing. Lidia holds a postgraduate degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master's degree from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
