Duarte Cameira is an experienced professional in the field of tax consultancy and project management, currently serving as a Manager at PwC Portugal since September 2014. Duarte has successfully launched and grown tax operations support PMO projects in collaboration with global partner firms and is responsible for developing KPIs to measure team performance. With a strong focus on mentoring, Duarte manages a diverse team, aligns stakeholder demands, and ensures resource optimization. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Consultant at MOVE ONG, offering strategic consulting to micro businesses, and as a Consultant at ANPME, where Duarte developed numerous business plans and secured funding for startups. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Analysis from Porto Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
