Mark Feldman

Mark Feldman is a Senior Litigation Attorney at the National Immigrant Justice Center, a position held since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Attorney and Staff Attorney at the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights Coalition from September 2018 to March 2021, and as a Law Fellow at the Equal Justice Initiative between September 2016 and July 2018. Mark Feldman has also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Jesus G. Bernal in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and for the Honorable Robert P. Patterson, Jr. in the Southern District of New York. Additional legal experience includes clerkships with the Federal Public Defender, participation in the Stanford Criminal Defense Clinic, and roles with various legal organizations during law school. Mark Feldman earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature and Economics from the University of Michigan.
