Cristina Fuioaga is a tax professional with extensive experience at PwC Romania, where roles have included Tax Director, Senior Tax Manager, Tax Manager, Tax Senior Consultant, and Tax Consultant since September 2009, including a two-year maternity leave. Cristina has been involved in various business restructuring projects, M&A activities, and has provided tax consultancy focused on the financial services industry, including work on complex financial instruments, tax audits, transfer pricing, and legislative discussions. Prior to PwC, Cristina worked at Philips as a Junior Marcomm Officer and Assistant Marketing Manager, contributing to marketing strategies and sales support. Cristina holds an MSc in Financial Management and Capital Markets and a BSc in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchange from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
