Eugene Wong

Eugene Wong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and project management, currently serving as Director of the Project Management Group at PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China since July 2017. In this role, Eugene leads equity and capital transactions, including acquisitions, cross-border joint ventures, and minority investments, while also managing technology projects to enhance operations and communication within the firm. Prior to this, Eugene held the position of Associate Director in Corporate Finance at PwC from 2013 to 2017, advising on cross-border M&A and private fundraising. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at Somerley Limited, assisting clients with compliance on Hong Kong Listing Rules; an Assistant Manager position at DBS Bank, focusing on syndicated finance transactions; and an Assistant Manager role in Properties at Road King Infrastructure Limited, managing infrastructure project investments. Eugene holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from HKU SPACE and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Hong Kong.
