Max Moore has held key leadership positions in project management and advisory services. As the Group Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Roush, Max focuses on strategic oversight and execution of projects. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Dura Automotive Systems LLC, where Max was responsible for managing operational processes, and acting as Manager in Advisory Services at KPMG, where Max oversaw client advisory initiatives.
