Stephen Ducker

Stephen Ducker is the Chief Operations Officer for Risk Assurance in China and Hong Kong at PwC, a position held since July 2017, after successfully growing the Risk Assurance practice in North China. With a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers spanning over two decades, Stephen has served as TMT Leader for Risk Assurance in North China, Anti Trust Services Partner, and Internal Audit Services Leader. Stephen's emphasis has been on assisting US-listed technology and internet companies in Beijing with SOX and IPO internal controls. Prior experience includes roles at Clerical Medical, Halifax Plc, and Ernst & Young in Bahrain. Stephen holds a Master of Arts degree in History and a Modern Language from the University of Oxford.
