Alice Smith

Alice Smith is a Director in PwC’s Workforce Transformation team, where they help global organizations navigate complex change by integrating strategy, technology, and human insights. Previously, Alice served as a Strategy and Transformation Consultant at IBM, specializing in change management and stakeholder engagement. They began their career as an Internal Communications Executive at Xerox, leading communication strategies across Europe. Alice holds a 1st class honours degree in Business and Psychology from Aston University.
