Avi Zagelbaum

Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

Avi Zagelbaum has a diverse background in legal and community service roles, having worked as an Annual Campaign Volunteer at Amudim Community Resources, Inc., and as a Community Liaison for the New York City Council Office of Councilman Kalman Yeger. Legal experience includes positions as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice's Tax Division, Kings County District Attorney's Office, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, along with a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Intern role at PwC.
