Bruce J. Sherman

Bruce J. Sherman is an accomplished executive coach with extensive experience in leadership development, team building, and business strategy. Currently serving as an Executive Coach and Director of Partner Affairs at PwC since March 2020, Bruce also holds a senior practitioner role at Mobius Executive Leadership. Prior to these positions, Bruce co-founded and managed Altus Growth Partners and The Growth Leaders LLC, focused on enhancing executive performance and business development. Experience at Towers Perrin and Hewitt Associates involved leading leadership development initiatives and organizational change practices. Bruce's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida State University and various certifications in coaching, including from the International Coach Federation.
