David Ernick

David Ernick is a Principal in the Transfer Pricing Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Washington National Tax Services, specializing in transfer pricing planning, documentation, cost sharing, and audit defense. Prior to joining PwC in 2013, they served as Associate International Tax Counsel at the U.S. Treasury Department, where they handled tax treaties, trade agreements, and transfer pricing regulations from 2004 to 2013. David has also clerked at the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and practiced law as a tax associate at various firms. Currently, David teaches transfer pricing in the Graduate Tax Program at Georgetown University Law Center and regularly contributes to professional publications in the field.
