Diana Weiss is Global General Counsel for the PwC network.
Prior to her current role, Diana was PwC US General Counsel. She joined PwC US in 2012, having previously served as outside counsel to several PwC firms around the world.
Diana has represented professional services firms for over 20 years. Before joining PwC, Diana was a litigation partner with the law firm King & Spalding, representing clients in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. and in enforcement proceedings before the Securities & Exchange Commission, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and other agencies, as well as in civil and criminal investigations. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Diana was a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
Diana received her J.D. from Cornell University and her bachelor's degree from Ohio State University.
