Edward Rivas

Edward Rivas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and process improvement. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Operations & Strategy at PwC since August 2025, Edward previously held the role of Sr. Manager of Process Improvement at Sutherland from January 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple portfolios and driving Agile, DMAIC, Lean, and Innovation projects across various geographies. Prior to that, Edward was a Manager of Process Improvement at Sutherland Mexico, managing 15 lines of business. Edward's career began at Foundever, where a role as a Business Analyst involved high-level expertise in KPIs and financial metrics. Edward holds a Licenciatura in Marketing from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, earned between 2014 and 2020.
