Fernando Yépez

Fernando Yépez, PhD, is a Director of Strategy & Transformation at PwC, where they leverage over 30 years of experience to drive organizational transformation for multinational corporations. Previously, at PwC from 2006 to 2008, they expanded the Chicago practice’s strategy and change management services. As the Managing Director of Arcana Consulting from 2002 to 2005, they founded a consulting firm focused on business strategy and operations, leading high-profile projects for clients like SAP and Goodyear. Currently, they also serve as an instructor in various MBA programs, teaching courses on business transformation and advanced project management. Fernando holds an ongoing education pursuit at the University of Wisconsin.
