Frances Horner

Frances Horner is currently the Senior Managing Director at PwC, where they lead Entity Governance and Compliance and ESG initiatives. They have previously served as the International Tax Leader for the Middle East and Africa at GE and held various roles at Covington & Burling LLP as both Partner and Associate. Frances has also worked with the OECD as Deputy Director in the Fiscal Affairs Division and provided legal and financial guidance to the Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore. They earned their BES and MES degrees from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a JD from Harvard Law School.
