Gary Sardo

Gary Sardo is a Partner at PwC, having joined the firm in September 2007. In the role of Director within the Deals practice, Gary specializes in providing accounting and reporting support for clients involved in transformational events, such as acquisitions and SPAC mergers. This includes offering general accounting advice related to new standards and complex deal structures. Prior experience at PwC includes serving as a Senior Manager in the National Office's Accounting Services Group, where consultations on accounting issues such as revenue recognition were conducted. Gary also worked as an Assurance Manager, delivering auditing services to clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Additionally, Gary serves as a Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from July 2022 to June 2024. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Business Law from Villanova University in 2007.
