Gemma Percival

Gemma Percival is an experienced HCM Consultant at Inoapps, having progressed from Graduate Functional Consultant to Junior HCM Consultant since joining the company in November 2018. Prior to this, Gemma embarked on a working holiday in Australia from March 2016 to March 2018, completing rural work to extend the visa. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Production Assistant at Axis Animation, where responsibilities included supporting the production of CGI animated game trailers, and as a Cabin and Activity Specialist at Camp IHC, where Gemma taught photography and media skills to young campers. Gemma also gained retail experience as a Sales Assistant at Next Group PLC while pursuing studies in computer art, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree from Abertay University and an HND from Edinburgh College. Currently, education continues through CodeClan.
