Gretchen Peters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and digital solutions. Currently serving as a Partner in Consulting Solutions at PwC since January 2023, Gretchen previously held leadership roles at Maven Wave, where Gretchen was Managing Director and Healthcare Practice Lead from 2020 to January 2023, and at UnitedHealth Group as Vice President of the Digital Solutions Group from 2015 to 2019, focusing on digital technology strategies for OptumRx. Earlier in their career, Gretchen held various positions at Walgreens, culminating in roles as Vice President of eCommerce and Director of the Online Pharmacy and Health Services, where strategic vision and integration across healthcare divisions were paramount. An MBA graduate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in History and Geography from Illinois State University, Gretchen combines strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to drive successful initiatives in the healthcare sector.
