Hoonsoo Yoon

He joined the firm in 1987 and was on secondment to PwC San Jose Office and US Independence Office for 6 years. Throughout his career, he has held many responsibilities including the leader of the US IPO team, which was responsible for the service delivery and quality of all US IPO engagements from Korea, US GAAP and US GAAS audits and the leader of the Global Division serving global clients and cross border transactions. Prior to his current role, he served as the Assurance LoS Leader from July 2017 to June 2020.

Hoonsoo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Finance from the Seoul National University. He is a CPA licensed both in Korea and California.
