Jason Natt is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and auditing. Natt began a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an Audit Manager from June 1997 until June 2003, subsequently transitioning to Mars as a Financial Reporting Manager and then to CSX as an Internal Audit Manager. Since May 2005, Natt has served as a Deals Partner and Southeast Market Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services Leader at PwC, where responsibilities include assisting clients with complex accounting and financial reporting issues related to mergers, acquisitions, and new accounting pronouncements. Natt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami and a Master of Accounting from the University of Florida.
