Kailey Sims

Kailey Sims is currently a Deals AI Manager at PwC, a position they hold since 2025. Previously, Kailey worked at KPMG Canada as a Manager in Asset Management Digital Solutions and as a Manager in Ignition Tax. Prior to that, they held various roles at Oracle, including Senior Project Manager, and served as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Softchoice. Kailey began their career as a Project Manager at Kinetic Commerce and earned an MBA from York University - Schulich School of Business. They also hold a BCOM from Queen's University.
