With extensive experience advising CEOs and executive teams across North America, Europe, and Asia, Karin has a strong focus on retail strategy, productivity improvement, and company turnarounds. Previously, Karin served as a Partner at Kurt Salmon and as a Senior Advisor in Zurich and Tokyo, where they consulted for leading retailers. Karin holds an MBA from the University of Stirling and a BA from York University.
