Kyle Quigley, CPA, is the Partner leading PwC’s Tax Accounting Advisory Services practice, where they have over 20 years of experience in tax accounting for public and private clients across various industries. Specializing in complex ASC 740 matters, Kyle provides comprehensive consulting on topics such as tax provisions and acquisition accounting. Prior to their current role, Kyle worked as a Director in PwC’s National Accounting Services Group, focusing on the implications of standard-setting and regulatory developments. Kyle holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting with a focus on Taxation from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut.
