Linley Ezzy

Linley Ezzy is a Tax Director at PwC Australia, where they specialize in M&A and Tax Structuring. They were previously a Senior Manager and spent two years on secondment in PwC London, working with FTSE 100 clients. Linley began their legal career as a vacation clerk and gained experience in various law firms before being admitted as a solicitor to the NSW Supreme Court in 2015. They hold a Master of Laws in Tax Law from the University of Sydney, graduating with High Distinction.
