Miriam Gurza

Miriam Gurza is the Managing Director and National Real Estate Consulting Leader at PwC Canada, currently driving a data analytics initiative focused on the real estate sector. With over 25 years of diversified national and international experience, Miriam possesses extensive expertise in all facets of real estate, having previously served as Director of Real Estate Investment & Strategy at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Additionally, experience includes a role in asset management at SITQ. Miriam holds a B. Comm, MBA, and MRICS in Commerce and Real Estate Finance from McGill University, and completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
