Rocio Rodriguez Ruiz

Rocio Rodriguez Ruiz is the Head of People & Culture at Sidra since September 2023, responsible for defining the People & Culture strategy and implementing best practices to enhance employee engagement. Prior to this role, Rocio held multiple positions at Plain Concepts from April 2019 to June 2023, including People Experience Manager, where team management and internal process development for employee satisfaction were key responsibilities. Rocio also served as a People Experience Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on onboarding and adapting selection processes to align with company needs.
