Rohit Iyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as Director of L&D at PwC since September 2020. Previously, Rohit held key positions at KPMG as Associate Director in Learning & Development, and at Accenture as Learning and Talent Development Business Solutions Lead. Rohit’s background includes a managerial role at Honeywell focusing on Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Learning & Leadership Development, as well as establishing L&D initiatives at Thomson Reuters for a large employee base. Early career experiences include HR Leadership roles at Firstsource Solutions and eLearning, where Rohit was instrumental in developing training programs and frameworks. Rohit holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Training & Development from ICFAI and a Bachelor's degree in English & Communication from Annamalai University.
