Shir Dekel

Shir Dekel, Ph.D., is a Research Lead in PwC’s Global Thought Leadership team, where they collaborate on research projects aimed at informing executive decision-making. Shir has a strong background in data science, management consulting, and tertiary education, having previously worked as a Management Consultant at Berkeley Strategy and Design, focusing on decision-making and resource allocation across various sectors. They also served as an Academic Tutor at Macquarie University and the University of Sydney, teaching courses related to psychology and business. Additionally, Shir's PhD research explored psychological biases influencing capital allocation decisions.
