Deedee Brite-Cook

DeeDee Brite-Cook has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. DeeDee began their career in 1991 at Walmart, where they served as a Market Health and Wellness Manager for almost two decades. In 2010, they transitioned to Diamondback Management Services, where they worked as an Operations Recruiter for two years. In 2012, they joined Decypher as the Director of Human Resources, where they had overall responsibility for all HR aspects. After that, they moved to Byrd Enterprises, LLC in 2013 and served as the Director of Human Resources, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement corporate initiatives and culture. In the same year, they also took up a similar role at PWI Construction, Inc., where they assisted with the development and implementation of corporate initiatives and culture, provided leadership and people management development planning, and managed employee benefits.

DeeDee Brite-Cook completed their high school education at Seguin High School from 1982 to 1986. DeeDee then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Texas State University from 1986 to 1990.
