Ian Bailey P.eng

Ian Bailey P.Eng has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 where they worked as an English Teacher Abroad for two months in Prague, Czech Republic. Ian'sresponsibilities included helping the family improve their English skills through regular communication and conducting daily lessons on vocabulary expansion and phonetics.

In 2016, Ian joined PWO Canada Inc. as a Process Engineer. Ian worked in this role until 2018, where they were responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing processes, leading root cause analyses, and performing preventative and predictive maintenance.

From 2018 to 2022, Ian worked as a Product Development Engineer at PWO Canada Inc. Ian'stasks included reviewing customer product designs, managing customer engineering data, and providing design feedback to the customer.

Since January 2022, Ian has taken on the role of Process Engineering Team Lead at PWO Canada Inc. In this position, they manage manufacturing engineering projects from start to finish, serves as the primary internal contact for customers and suppliers, and leads root cause analyses and corrective action teams.

Ian Bailey P.Eng completed their high school education at Lasalle Secondary School from 2008 to 2012. Ian then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Queen's University from 2012 to 2016.
