Jing Zhang

Jing Zhang is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and post-merger integration. Currently serving as a Consultant for PwrQ since August 2024, Jing previously held multiple key positions at Proterra Inc from September 2017 to March 2024, including Vice President, Technical Accounting, as well as roles as Sr. Director and Director of Technical Accounting. Prior to Proterra, Jing was a Senior Manager at KPMG US from October 2004 to September 2017. Jing holds an MS in Accountancy from Baruch College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
