John Reese has extensive experience in consumer marketing, having held various positions throughout their career. John started their career in consumer marketing at Sports Illustrated in 1992, where they worked as an Assistant Consumer Marketing Director for seven years. In 1999, they joined Time Inc. as an Executive Marketing Director, leading the consumer marketing efforts for their publications. John later became the Consumer Marketing Director and then the VP Consumer Marketing, overseeing audience development and analysis for Sports Illustrated, SI for Kids, and Golf Magazine. In 2011, they joined Wenner Media as the Executive Director of Consumer Marketing. John then moved to Bonnier Corporation in 2014, where they served as the VP of Consumer Marketing until 2017. Currently, they are working at PubWorX as the VP of Consumer Marketing.
John Reese attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1982 to 1986, where they studied Marketing and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing at Columbia Business School from 1989 to 1990.
