Phil Haslam

Phil Haslam serves as the Chief Technology Officer at PXC, overseeing technology and security for the UK's leading wholesale connectivity provider since March 2024. Previously, Haslam held multiple senior roles at TalkTalk from 2014 to 2024, including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Networks Officer, Transformation Director, and Programme Delivery Director, where responsibilities ranged from network scalability to driving transformation strategies. Prior experience includes leadership positions at TalkTalk Business, Opal Telecom, and IN Solutions Inc, where Haslam focused on customer operations, systems integration, and programme management. Phil Haslam holds an MA in International Business and a BA (Hons) in European Business and Languages from the University of Central Lancashire.
