Ben Viglietta

VP Operations at PXG - Parsons Xtreme Golf

Ben Viglietta has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Ben began their career at The Phoenician as a Materials Manager / Food and Beverage Cost Controller in 1993. Ben then moved on to Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where they held positions such as Director of Capital Finance and Manager of Capital Finance from 1999 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, Ben worked at Desert Mountain Properties as the Director of Analysis and Project Control, responsible for project accounting and financial projections. Ben then joined Desert Mountain Club, Inc. as a Controller from 2011 to 2017, overseeing the financial operations of the private golf club. Ben then joined YAM in 2017 as the VP of Finance, where they performed financial analysis and managed banking relationships for diverse entities. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Operations at PXG, where they oversee various operational aspects of the premium golf club company. Ben is responsible for demand planning, supply chain, logistics, custom golf club assembly, order fulfillment, warehouse, and apparel distribution.

Ben Viglietta's education history includes earning a Master of Arts in Financial Management (MAFM) with a specialization in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Ben pursued this degree from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, Ben completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business at the University of Phoenix.
