Darla Khawaja

Darla Khawaja is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people and culture management, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Project X Ltd. since November 2022. Darla has held significant HR roles in various organizations, including as a Senior HR Business Partner at Loblaw Companies Limited and Loblaw Digital, where responsibilities involved driving HR initiatives in technology. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network and consulting roles for Innovative HR and Careworx Inc. Additionally, Darla has experience as the Director of HR at PointClickCare, where the first HR department was established.
