John Sheehan

John Sheehan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the mining industry. John'smost recent position was as an Operations Manager at PYBAR Mining Services starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Redpath Australia - Mining Contractors and Engineers in various roles including Project Manager, Alternate Underground Mining Manager, Project Controls, and Operations Manager - Metalliferous from 2013 to 2021. John also worked as a Senior Mining Engineer at AMC Consultants from 2011 to 2013. John's earlier experience includes roles at Macmahon, Baulderstone Hornibrook Bilfinger Berger JV, Theiss Hochtief JV, Macmahon, and Pasminco in different positions such as Project Manager, Senior Mining Engineer, Tunneller, Underground Operator/Supervisor, and Mining Engineer.

John Sheehan completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining from UNSW from 1996 to 1999. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Site Senior Executive - Underground Mines from Resources Safety & Health Queensland in June 2021.
