Nigel McMinn

Nigel McMinn is an accomplished managing director with extensive experience in the automotive and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Pybus Recruitment since July 2025, Nigel focuses on connecting talented individuals with promising career opportunities. Previously, Nigel held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Fleet Alliance from August 2021 to June 2025 and served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of the Motor Division at Lookers plc between August 2013 and January 2020.
