Currently serving as Managing Director at Pybus Recruitment since July 2025, Nigel focuses on connecting talented individuals with promising career opportunities. Previously, Nigel held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Fleet Alliance from August 2021 to June 2025 and served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of the Motor Division at Lookers plc between August 2013 and January 2020. Additional roles include Chief Executive and Managing Director at Benfield Motor Group from November 2006 to August 2013, and Regional Director at Reg Vardy plc from April 1996 to August 2006. Nigel began a career in management as an Assistant Manager at PwC from September 1991 to April 1995. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Economics from Heriot-Watt University, where Nigel studied from 1987 to 1991.
