Dulce B Vargas-Landin

Dulce B Vargas-Landin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Dulce B is currently employed at PYC Therapeutics (ASX: PYC) since 2020 where they have held multiple positions including Senior Bioinformatics Scientist II since July 2022, Senior Bioinformatics Scientist from June 2021 to June 2022, and Bioinformatics Research Scientist from November 2020 to June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Master research intern at IRCAN - Institute for Research on Cancer and Aging, Nice from January 2015 to August 2015. Dulce B also gained research experience at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory as a Research Intern from September 2013 to July 2014. Additionally, Dulce worked at Centro de Ciencias Genomicas - UNAM from 2010 to 2013 where they held various roles including Teaching Assistant from January 2013 to June 2013, Research intern at the Genome Dynamics Program from August 2012 to June 2013, Research Intern at the Genome Engineering Program from August 2010 to June 2013, and was part of the team of UNAM_Genomics_Mexico for the iGEM 2012 Competition from January 2012 to March 2013.

Dulce B Vargas-Landin began their education in 2010 at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Genome Sciences/Genomics from 2010 to 2014. Dulce B then furthered their studies at the Ecole Normale Supérieure from 2014 to 2015, completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Systems Biology and Genomics. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Neuroepigenomics at The University of Western Australia from 2015 to 2020.
