Tina Lewis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various industries. Since February 2016, Tina has served as Vice President of Human Resources, Field Operations & Acquisition Integration at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, a leading firm in fire protection and safety services. Prior roles include Director of HR Integration and Director of Human Resources for S&S Sprinkler, where Tina contributed to the success of a prominent fire protection leader in the Southern United States. Previous experience encompasses senior management positions at Austal USA, Infirmary Health, and EnPro Industries, highlighting expertise in organizational development, employee relations, and talent management. Tina's educational background includes a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.
