Aj Thomas

AJ Thomas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent experience, people products, and organizational strategy across various innovative companies. Currently serving as CXO in Residence and on the Advisory Board at A.Team, AJ also advises Women of X and holds leadership roles at X, the moonshot factory, where innovation and talent experience are prioritized. In addition to advising multiple organizations, including HIGHER Community and Magic Eden, AJ contributes as faculty and executive coach at the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute. AJ's educational background includes advanced studies in venture capital, executive coaching, leadership, and a BS in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
