Joris Luijke (He/Him)

Joris Luijke began their work experience as an HR Officer at DSM from 2001 to 2002. Joris then worked as a Policy Advisor at the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations from 2003 to 2004. Following this, Joris served as the General Manager Consulting at Chandler Macleod from 2004 to 2008. Joris then joined Atlassian as the VP of People, overseeing the Global Human Resources, Talent, and Experience Teams from 2008 to 2013. Joris continued their career at Squarespace as the VP of People, responsible for the global People Department from 2013 to 2015. Joris then joined Grovo as the VP of People and Creative Studio from 2015 to 2017, before holding the position of Chief People Officer at Typeform.com from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Joris is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Pyn, an Employee Communications & Experience Platform since 2019. Throughout their career, Joris has been recognized for leading successful teams and has received various accolades, such as winning workplace awards and being listed on reputable Fortune and Great Places to Work USA lists.

Joris Luijke (He/Him) has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Tilburg University, which they obtained between 1996 and 2002. In 2009, they attended the University of Sydney, where they focused on Employment Law. In terms of their secondary education, Joris attended Rijnlands Lyceum Highschool from 1986 to 1992. Additionally, Joris was a recipient of the Winner Sara Lee Corporate Scholarship Awards while studying at Billings Senior Highschool.
