Julie Bilinkas

Julie Bilinkas is currently the Chief of Staff at Pypestream. Prior to their current position, Julie was the Vice President of Business Development at Delta Corporate Services from September 2015 to August 2018. In this role, Julie partnered with companies to solve their business problems by sourcing highly skilled talent to assist with short term projects and long term assignments. From July 2014 to June 2015, Julie was the Operations Executive at ShoreTel, where they directed the planning of a company-wide program that has simplified the way business communications are used and deployed. From October 2012 to July 2014, Julie was the VP of Customer Services at Freestyle Solutions. In this role, they drastically improved the Customer Support "Average Speed of Answer" and "Time to Resolution" by introducing structured policies, cross-functional processes and ensuring rigorous adherence. Prior to their role at Freestyle Solutions, Julie was the Director of Operations at Avaya from October 2004 to October 2012. Before their role at Avaya, Julie was the Director SMB Global Customer Service at Avaya from January 2000 to December 2004. Prior to their role at Avaya, Julie was the Senior Global Product Manager at Lucent Technologies from January 1998 to December 2000.

Julie Bilinkas attended Columbia Business School where they earned a degree in Market Management. Julie then went on to study Finance and Accounting at County College of Morris. Finally, they completed their education with a degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Utah.
