Shannon's extensive background includes experience in logistics, operations planning, replenishment planning, and business process optimization. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics & International Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has received certifications from APICS in CPIM and executive education from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in Market Based Value Creation.
