Alan Bednowitz

Alan Bednowitz has extensive experience in sales and marketing. Alan started their career as a Sales Representative at Pitney Bowes in 1983 and later worked as a Director of Sales at Peabody Hotel Group from 1985 to 1988. Alan then joined Beacon/Guest Quarters/Doubletree/Promus Hotel Corp as the Director of Sales and Marketing, a role they held until 1999. From 1996 to 1999, Alan worked at Doubletree Hotel Corp/Promus Hotel Corp as a Senior Director of National Sales. In 2000, they became the Vice President of Sales at Starcite, Inc. and held the role until 2004. Alan then moved to Pyramid Advisors LLC as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and e-Commerce, where they worked from 2004 to 2010. Alan continued their career as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TPG Hospitality from 2010 to 2011. Alan's last position was with Pyramid Hotel Group, where they held the role of Vice President and later Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2011 to the present.

Alan Bednowitz attended Adelphi University, where they earned a BBA in Management. Alan also attended CUNY and the State University of New York at Delhi, but it is unclear whether they completed a degree or field of study at these institutions. Prior to college, Alan Bednowitz attended Long Beach Sr High School.
