Chad Heilesen

Chad Heilesen has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Chad began their career in 1998 at Starwood Hotels and Resorts World Wide, where they held various Director of Finance roles specializing in mix-use hotel projects. Chad worked there for 8 years before moving on to HEI Hotels & Resorts in 2013 as the Complex Director of Finance. In 2016, they joined La Cantera Resort & Spa as the Director of Finance, a position they held until 2022. Chad is currently working at Pyramid Global Hospitality, where they started as the Regional Director of Finance in July 2022 and is now the Vice President of Finance Operations.

Chad Heilesen attended Washington State University - College of Business and Economics from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.
