Kyle Wilson

Kyle Wilson has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Kyle started their career in 2000 as an In-Charge Auditor at Feeley & Driscoll, P.C., where they primarily focused on compliance auditing in the healthcare industry. Kyle also supervised and trained staff during their time there. In 2005, they joined Ardence, Inc. as a Senior Accountant, handling general ledger maintenance, result consolidation for foreign subsidiaries, and local sales tax return preparation. In 2006, Wilson took on the role of Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting & International Accounting at Dunkin' Brands. Kyle'sresponsibilities included preparing SEC-required financial statements, documenting financial processes, and ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Since 2017, Wilson has been with Pyramid Global Hospitality, where they have held several roles, including Manager of Financial Reporting, Director of Finance, and Vice President of Finance. In these positions, they have overseen accounting cycles, managed a team, and worked closely with auditors. Kyle'slatest role at Pyramid Global Hospitality was as Vice President of Finance, which they held until October 2022.

Kyle Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Salem State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Kyle also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
