Solution Sales Representative

IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT

  • Full Time Exempt Position
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales
  • Compensation
    • Salaries Range of $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience
    • Commission based on the PCSI compensation plan after year 1. During year one commissions will be paid at 50%

Summary Description:

The Solution Sales Representative works alongside The Director of Sales to create new ERRCS opportunities in the OC, LA and IE geographic area.

Employee will work closely with the Operations and Estimate Teams to create the most efficient strategy to win projects.

Solutions System Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Qualify Customer and Project Opportunities presented to Pyro-Comm Systems Inc.

  • Self generate new sales opportunities.

  • Have Confidence to visit Job sites and cold call customers.

  • Prepares ERRC’s Proposals for projects.

  • Meet with customers to build relationships.

  • Maintains accurate documentation for sales and prospecting activities and provides status reports as needed.

  • Consistent, effective involvement in trade shows, community and networking organizations participate in networking activities and events.

  • Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issue.

  • Ability to close deals and maintain positive customer relationships matters.

ERRCS System (SME). During the first year of employment, these are your target technical goals.

  • Provide Southern California on ERRCS / 2-Way and DAS Opportunities with customers and the Sales team to increase sales and grow this offering in the SoCal marketplace.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on ERRCS / 2-Way and DAS.
  • Create, Prepare and Update PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Schedule Lunch and Learn’s to educate Customers.
  • Grow your knowledgeable about existing and changing code compliance at a national, state and local level and AJH level Jurisdiction.
  • Attend trade shows / conferences and seminars.
  • Actively participate in training courses.
  • May be required to maintain certifications – Ex: GROWL, NFPA

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen, presentable and trustworthy.
  • Great organization and planning ability.
  • Strong sales performance track record must hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate specifications and plans.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.
  • Knowledge of the latest building codes.
  • Shows exceptional attention to detail.
  • Additionally, the employee to this position needs to have detail technical and code requirement knowledge on ERRCS / 2-Way and DAS offerings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
